The Home Depot's annual mentoring program supports professional development at THD through a structured (circle) relationship between a more experienced associate (mentor) and less experienced associates (mentees). Each circle includes one mentor and up to six mentees.
This company-sponsored program is a great opportunity for all participants to gain professional development, benefit from knowledge transfer, expand their networking and exposure, build confidence and motivation, and enhance their leadership development.
Circles meet once per month together for an hour from July through January. Discussion topics will be provided, but mentors can supplement with other development content if they choose.
To learn more about the program: please check out the above tabs for mentor and mentee information as well as the "help resources" section in this platform.
Registration for the 2025 Mentoring Program will begin as follows: Mentor Registration: 5/19 through 6/6 and Mentee Registration: 6/9 through 6/27.
